Cancellations & Returns
If we receive your order cancellation instruction before we have dispatched the goods to you, you will be entitled to a full refund of the total order price, minus the transaction fee we have incurred when we processed your payment. This transaction fee is usually around 3% of the total order price, though this figure is subject to change we will inform you of the charge as available to us on the date of cancellation.
If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com with an “Order Cancellation” Subject heading.
You must include your Order ID number in the email
Please Note: It is too late to cancel the order if the goods have already been dispatched to you.
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any or all items in their original condition and packaging for a refund within 10 working days from delivery, subject to the following conditions:
You must inform us of your intention to return the goods to us in writing within 7 days of you receiving the goods by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Order Return” as the Subject heading. Please include your Order ID in this email. You may contact our office as well but we need the returns application in writing on an email for confirmation.
- Please state clearly why you wish to return the goods.

It may be possible for our courier service to call and collect the goods from you, charges may apply. If damage to the goods has been caused by you we will not refund your money.
You must return the goods unused. All returned products must be in their original product packaging. If you have opened the product packaging, or you have damaged the packaging so that it cannot be reused we may give a partial refund.
Please Note: if you are returning your goods because they were
- damaged in transit,
- wrong products were delivered
- products delivered were different from what was described on our website when you purchased the products.
You shall be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price including Delivery and Credit Card charges.
In all other circumstances Return Policy Compliance will be in effect.
Refunds to you will only be paid when we receive and checked the product for compliance with our return / refund conditions.
